Good afternoon teacher, guests, and my dear schoolmates:
Today, we get together to celebrate this new term in the golden autumn. It is a great honor for me to be the spokesperson for all the students studying in Lambton College. Firstly, please allow me to show my sincerity to all the new comers. Welcome to be one member of our cozy family, Lambton College.
Do you know my dear schoolmates? I was as excited as you when I first came to Lambton College, and I always asked myself two questions: What should I do here? What kinds of person should I become when I graduate? Yes, life just likes a night sailing boat. A warning question is the foundation of lighthouse. Only our answers can light it. Thinking deeply those questions, we are building a new lighthouse for the next four year even for a longer time. Though the road may be tough and the light is uncertain, we are trying our best to correct our course and catch up with the success little by little. As your senior in Lambton College, when giving our best wishes to you, we will also offer our encouragement, understanding and try our best to help you when you need us.
For my dear seniors who will graduate in the blink of an eye, looking back those years we spent in Lambton College, It’s you who received us to the new school; it’s you who guided us adapt the new environment. We learn from each other in study; we help each other in our daily life;we support each other in work and we make progress in mind. We have already owned the deepest friendship and we have felt the time we spent together are so beautiful and the love we showed to each other are so warm .Now, I am eager to give my best wishes to you . I hope you will do an outstanding work in a common job; I hope you will do an outstanding work in common job; I hope you will create your own sky in the complicated world. In the following days, when you feel the tough of the life; when you achieve your goal, please do not forget that there will be always a place for you. It is our mother school, forever home, Lambton College. We are willing to share your happiness and sorrow. Hope you can return home frequently.
In my mind I always believe that in Lambton, the things we should invest and find are not only wisdom, but also responsibility, belief, love and enthusiastic. The desire of ideal does not believe indiscreet tears; the joy of success can not accept the shrink from the difficulty; the weak shoulders should take the responsibility and the wise eyes should realize the pressure of tomorrow.
The university life is different for everyone and everyone should have his or her own splendid future. With the help of our teachers and our own effort, we are sure to create our own sky in Lambton College.
